AirSource® 60-Day Return Policy
Customers have 60 days from the date of purchase to return AirSource® 3000 and AirSource Mobile™ units purchased directly from Shaklee Corporation if not completely satisfied with their purchase.
Shaklee will refund the purchase price of the product within the first 60 days from the date of purchase under the following conditions:
- The purchase is made directly from Shaklee U.S. Inc. by a retail customer, Member, or Distributor (Business Leaders excluded), either via MDO or drop shipped. Any units purchased from a Distributor's inventory are not covered under this Policy; customers should see their Distributor for their own return policy.
- The product is in its original condition and is not damaged.
- The customer notifies Shaklee at 1-800-SHAKLEE of their intention to return the product within 60 days of purchase, along with a stated reason, provides original order number and receives a Product Return Authorization number for the return.
- The product and all enclosed literature are in the original box.
- The product is returned at the customer's expense via a trackable carrier with proof of return to the following address: Shaklee Distribution Center, 5650 Greenpoint Dr. N., Groveport, OH 43125.
Upon receipt of the product by Shaklee, the return is credited to customer's credit card or a check is issued if original payment was by cashier's check, or the Business Leaders' account or credit card is credited if this was the original method of payment.
Note:
Return policy does not apply to filters, replacement parts (e.g. PHIM modules) or sales aids/literature.
AirSource products are backed by a limited three-year warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship from the date of original purchase.
These warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse or use other than as intended and described in the instruction manuals. Under the warranty, Shaklee will repair any defects in materials or workmanship or replace the product with a new or reconditioned unit. |
